Terms of Use and Sale.
These terms describe the GafferMind service, software license, and Founder offer. They do not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.

Operator and acceptance
GafferMind is operated by Walid Kabassi as an individual / sole operator. By creating an account, using GafferMind, or purchasing access when checkout is enabled, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the account service or paid features. Contact support@gaffermind.com with support or terms questions.
Product and license
GafferMind is independent companion software for Football Manager. Free mode is available without an account. A qualifying purchase grants the purchaser a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the applicable GafferMind Pro edition under these terms. A purchase does not transfer ownership of GafferMind, its source code, branding, or intellectual property.
Founder offer
The approved Founder offer is US$14.99 as a one-time payment, not a subscription. It includes full GafferMind 26 Pro, all GafferMind updates for FM26, and GafferMind 27 compatibility when available. FM27 compatibility is not promised for Day One and will be released only after compatibility is validated. Recruitment is coming soon after launch and is not included as a current V1 feature.
Accounts and devices
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting access to your email and account session, and notifying support about suspected unauthorized access. Paid access is linked to the purchasing account and currently permits up to three active devices per license. Device activation may require online browser confirmation and periodic entitlement refresh.
Permitted use
You may install and use GafferMind for your personal use within the applicable license and device allowance. You may not resell, sublicense, share paid account access, redistribute the software or installer, bypass activation or entitlement controls, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Compatibility and updates
GafferMind depends on supported Windows configurations, supported Football Manager editions and builds, and game context available to the companion software. Football Manager updates can affect compatibility. GafferMind may require updates or withdraw an unsafe or incompatible release. The latest release is not guaranteed to support every historical game build or environment.
Availability and support
GafferMind is provided subject to release availability, maintenance, security controls, third-party services, and compatibility limits. Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation is not promised, and the Founder offer does not promise perpetual hosting or online services. GafferMind may change or discontinue online features when reasonably necessary, while respecting applicable mandatory rights.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits a non-waivable refund, cancellation, warranty, or other remedy available under applicable consumer-protection law.
Suspension and security
GafferMind may suspend or restrict account, license, or device access where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, fraud, security risk, license sharing, payment reversal, or a material breach of these terms. Access may be restored when the underlying issue is resolved and the account remains eligible.
Intellectual property and independent status
GafferMind and its original software, content, and branding remain the property of the operator and applicable licensors. GafferMind is an independent companion tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sports Interactive or SEGA. Football Manager and related names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Disclaimers and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GafferMind is provided on an “as available” basis and does not guarantee particular football, game, or career outcomes. Recommendations are advisory and you decide whether to act on them. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes
These terms may be updated to reflect product, security, legal, or service changes. Material revisions will be published with a new effective date. Continued use after a revision takes effect means the revised terms apply to later use, subject to mandatory rights.
